District H Goals for 2009 - 2010

These are goals to keep our clubs strong and retain
our Lions members to serve our Communities.
Retention

Focus on our "1" true resource, our Lions Members - reduce number of dropped members resigned in good standing by 50% June 2010.

Orientation Manuals in at least the ZC's home clubs by Spring Conference 2010. If their club already has one, then one club in their Zone.
Membership
-
Net member growth of +14 (factor in transfers, deceased, drops, etc.
-
Refocusing on recruiting and welcoming ALL those who wish to serve as Lions.
* HOW - publish in all DG and ZC bulletins
* ALSO - District H Webpage
* CLUBS - in club bulletins
- Bonus in our growth - 85 new Lions under 50 years of age.
(past two years this has been achieved)

- "1" new Hispanic Lions Club in Mt. Vernon, WA Business People from Mt. Vernon, Burlington and Sedro Wooley, WA.

MMR - 100% reports to MD19 and LCI - 25th monthly deadline
